Things to know before hiring from HVEH:

  • We do require a 20% depoist to confirm all bookings.
  • Payment is to be completed 1 week prior to event via direct deposit into our bank account. These details will be listed on the booking slip.
  • All orders will also incur a $5.00 admin fee, insurance levy of 2.5% and damage waiver fee of 7% of the hire price, not including labour and transport costs.
  • Delivery for most items is $35.00 to Scone, Aberdeen and Muswellbrook, $50.00 to Singleton, Merriwa and Murrurundi, and $1.50 per kilometre for areas outside these townships. Larger shipments will attract a larger fee, we will discuss this with you.
  • Install and dismantle prices for items such as marquees and structures are based upon location and time taken. Typically, these will be $100 per hour.
  • Any bookings made after 12pm of the day prior to its intended hire may be charged at a higher rate if delivery  or any other type of preparation is required.
